I believe it's more difficult to find a bad therapist than it is a good one. It can take trial and error within therapy for a person to realize what they really need help with. I truly believe every one of us needs therapy. For me it’s a constant that helps keep me and my life balanced. I’m blessed with an amazing therapist, Lauren. She is down to earth, real and so easy to talk with. She always finds the root of my issue ❤️ One of my favorite things about her is that she practices hypnosis. I honestly can tell you that this has changed my life. It’s a tool I can use with her and after our appointments on a daily basis or as I need.
