I did the free trial for Life Addicts Studio! It was the best community of amazing people. Lots of laughs, modeling fitness, and encouraging words. Everyone was helpful, loving, and understanding! It was a clean and easy to get to space as well! It’s amazing to know places full of love still exists. Travis was very nice and mindful of the body goals I had as well!

Life Addicts Studio is so much more than a gym! Whitney and Travis have created a true family culture where you feel supported by, uplifted by, and accountable to each other. This makes the journey of health and wellness (and making through each challenging, kick-butt session🙌🏽) motivating and encouraging week after week. Love my LAS fam!
The absolute best workout facility in Grand Rapids!! If your looking to get rid of the "quick fixes" and actually change your lifestyle, this is the place!!!
