No care My cat had urinary blockage and they kept him for 6 days on a catheter when they sent him home and charged us over 500 dollars he still was blocked. The very next day we had to take him to the emergency vet to be drained again so we could get to a vet that knew what he was doing. My sister recommended her vet and he did surgery right away saying that 6 days was an awful long time to keep a Tom cathed. We believe they kept him just long enough to be 25% over the estimate they gave us.

Very Pleased! I've been coming here for about 3 years and couldn't be happier with the quality of service and prices. Being a walk-in veterinary clinic, a short wait is expected, but the convenience far outweighs the wait with my not-so-convenient work schedule. Highly recommend!
Shame on some of these reviews I've been coming here for a very long time also and I've never had a bad experience. I am thankful they keep their prices low enough to allow me to continue to care for my dog .. It's too bad human clinics do not follow the same practice. It's surprising people are more accepting when medical mistakes happen in a human clinic but go out of their way to bash veterinarians when they aren't able to work miracles.
Dissatisfied Customer I've been a long time customer of Colerain Animal Clinic AKA Noah's Ark Animal Clinic. Last month I took my dog. Slate, in for a bleeding nose cyst. While the vet was examining him, his cyst continued to bleed on my pants and the floor. I asked the vet to do a biopsy to determine the underlying problem. He stated that a biopsy was not necessary and suggested that I apply Neosporin daily. I explained to the vet that this cyst keeps growing and I was already applying Neosporin 3-4 times daily.
