I’ve been going to Lien for maybe two years now. She is really the best in what she does. She knows all hair types, which is super helpful for my difficult hair haha! Not only is she great at hair, she’s so pleasant to talk to! I’m way overdue for a haircut so I’ll be going back in soon :)

Extremely disappointed with the experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and I felt there were discriminatory undertones in the way I was treated. The customer service was unacceptable, and I left feeling deeply frustrated and disrespected.

Impeccable service in a serene, thoughtfully curated space that makes you feel instantly relaxed while you have magic worked on your hair. Lien is extremely skilled at her craft and asks all the right questions before she even begins touching your hair — what are your hair goals, what have you done with it in the past, etc. You feel cared for and in the right hands while in her chair.
