Extremely disappointed with the experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and I felt there were discriminatory undertones in the way I was treated. The customer service was unacceptable, and I left feeling deeply frustrated and disrespected.
Impeccable service in a serene, thoughtfully curated space that makes you feel instantly relaxed while you have magic worked on your hair. Lien is extremely skilled at her craft and asks all the right questions before she even begins touching your hair — what are your hair goals, what have you done with it in the past, etc. You feel cared for and in the right hands while in her chair. Best hair stylist around 🥰 been going for years and will never go anywhere else
Lien is more than a hairstylist - she’s a hair wizard! She did the EXACT color I wanted. Drove 55 minutes from the westside to her salon and I detest veering anywhere east of the 10 freeway. Her Instagram coloring skills speak for themselves. See you in 2 months. Very happy client 💛🤍
