Reni was very diligent and honest with his supply of Oak timber flooring. He even checked the quality / moisture once installed on a Saturday night. The oak was perfect and the quality control was super important. He refunded us the excess materials also. It’s the second time we have used Liemex Baltic Pine and European timber and their workmanship, integrity , value and trust can be highly recommended .
Poor quality timber. Purchased Tassie oak and it's super soft. Had the floors now for 12 months and they look terrible. Heavily scratched and dented when small objects fall. Very disappointing. I called to ask if this was normal and was told to contact installer instead. He doesn't answer the phone. Only positive is that the admin service at Liemex was good.
Great quality Euro Oak timber for Herringbone direct stick, the flooring exceeded my expectations. The service from Reni was tireless and patient, he had genuine interest in ensuring we achieved the best product. He also provided good advice with his vast experience - can highly recommend. Will definitely use this Baltic Timber again.
Contrary to their name, they don't just have pine. Just great A-quality timber.
Great service, always kept me updated on the progress of my order and if there had to be any changes made they were sure to let me know well before I picked it up.
