This center has the rudest kidney transplant coordinators. I am appalled at their lack of professionalism and lack of compassion. I did not turn my paperwork back in to them because of their vaccination policy. A coordinator called and asked why I hadn't turned it in. Her tone was rude to begin with. I explained I was waiting until the vaccination protocol was lifted, and she replied, "Well I guess that's a good enough reason."
