. The lady on the phone said my insurance is okay so we made an appointment on phone a week ahead. Arrived 15 minutes before my time the lady (no idea if its the same lady on the phone) gives me form to fill out but then pauses and says they can not use my insurance. I asked why they gave me an appointment after I told them what insurance I have, was told but you dont have the G (?) in your plan, whatever that means! Didnt even get a customary ~I am sorry~.
