Lieke Roofing installed the roof on our new construction home with Lennar, completed in January 2022. After a recent storm in Noblesville, several shingles blew off our roof. While I understand that severe weather can cause damage, it's clear from the photo that the shingles were improperly installed — They were held down with only two nails instead of the recommended four. Fantastic and honest customer service and attention from the team here in response to a warranty claim. They were understanding and fast to respond in our short time frame. They did an honest assessment and gave honest feedback. Very refreshing to get this level of customer service these days.
🤨I called before Christmas, it is now Jan. 11th and I still have yet to receive a return phone call regarding my roof. I would not recommend this company for your roofing needs.
