I was running late and the office made me feel even worse by telling me that if I am not there by certain time I will have to reschedule. This was only 10 minutes late. They called me twice to ask if I can come earlier… I couldn’t. The doctor was not very gentle, (she) was very rough….. this was my first and last visit there.
Awesome office with an Amazing Staff!!! The doctors are very personable, caring, knowledgeable and attentive to you. I have always had dental anxieties this office is very welcoming, calming and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this office.
Beware of shady billing practices. I was charged 18% for using my credit card! Did not know prior to gong I needed cash. Also I was told by staff there numerous times my insurance covers half the implant. After having the procedure and getting notices stating this is not a bill, insurance to pay. I find out the insurance does not cover. I called several more times distraught over this$1095 now my responsibility and was assured they would speak with Dr and Call me back. NEVER HAPPENED. Dr. Meseimeris and his medical staff are five star. The reception staff is five star. Sadly, the woman (Patty) who is supposed to handle the insurance is inept. I paid in full for an implant May 12. My claim has repeatedly been denied because Patty is overwhelmed and refuses to send the required documentation. Patty just doesn’t care that I am not reimbursed. The doctor and patients deserve better.
I just went for a tooth extraction today (for my front tooth) and was absolutely thrilled with Dr. Mesimeris and his staff. Everyone was friendly, and made me feel comfortable during an anxious period while I waited to have my tooth extracted. After the procedure was done, my temporary tooth (given to me by my main dentist) broke… this is my FRONT tooth.
