OWNER Lieberman Managment was hired by our develper and our Board kept renewing their contract. WHAT A MISTAKE. Lieberman and our Board has turned this property into a GHETTO. Lieberman has not added anything to this property other than paying bills. They bring no energy, ideas or understanding as to how to run this place. STAY FAR AWAY FROM LIEBERMAN
If you could put a rating of -5, I would do it. This is the most terrible and lazy company. They do not even have adequate specialists. My living room was flooded, from under the wall with my neighbor water flows, my floors swell and in the middle of the room is a huge stain. A specialist from this company came and poured a mug of water on the floor and left. A week later, they answered that there were no pipes inside the walls and they were not going to do anything.
