Very unhappy about the issue with pricing. Went in to buy my grandson a hat. The price tag said 31.99. It rang up for 34.99. When I brought it to the cashiers attention she said that isn’t their problem. She said the prices change all the time. If that’s the case then they need to make changes to the tags!! This is not the first time this has happened so I am leaving a review this time. Made an order of 8 items for ~$300. Shipped within about two days. Clearjet/OnTrac. Package was damaged and misrouted within two days. I noticed immediately, contacted Lids.com chat support and they told me I needed to wait two more days, even though it said the package was damaged and to contact the seller. I waited five days. I learned something new today. If you order online, it's a different warehouse used for in-store and online purchases! Which means the online store can't help you with anything but the link for the website is listed below when you pull up the store information. That sounds fishy right! Am I buying bootleg items? Yep, never again! No more HATS, SHIRTS or anything else they have will be purchased with my coins. I can't shop at a store like this. I ordered hats from you on the 7th of February 2025.It is now March 12th 2025.And I still don't have them I don't understand why when the tracker says They had clear customs had to go here and they had to go there.They had to leave there, but now it's saying, since the 3rd of March 2025 there.in my town to be delivered.And I still don't have them
