I spent over 2.5 hours trying to update my order's address to my physical address since ups doesn't deliver to po boxes in Hawaii. After chatting with various chatbots who didn't understand, I think I chatted with a humanoid chatbot. She said my address had been updated but when I asked for a verification email, I was sent the original order with the PO box! I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent order. I recently purchased a Puerto Rico Baseball Nike 2026 World Baseball Classic Word Mark T-Shirt for $29.74, only for it to arrive defective. To make matters worse, after initiating a return for this faulty item, I noticed that my refund was only $21.83. The absolute worst company when it comes to hiring. Stay away.
Today I visited the LIDS store at the Gloucester Premium Outlets, and I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by a sales associate named Toby. When I walked in, I quickly realized he was the only employee operating the entire store. Despite being the only person on the floor, Toby did a phenomenal job.
