It’s kind of disappointing with a corporation as big as Lids can’t keep their word in rehiring an individual who left the company properly I was promised a job back with Lids by Kevin Aide regional manager in SLC, UT. First and Last time purchasing from Lids. Sent me the wrong item and they refuse to take it back. Now I have to wait and go through my credit card company. Buyer beware!
I’m writing because I had the opportunity to work for lids as an assistant at the locker room in Fort Wayne, Indiana at the Glennbrook mall location. I started around the beginning of winter going into Black Friday. On my first day it was very odd I opened with the DM out of Michigan and the store manager. I spent over 2.5 hours trying to update my order's address to my physical address since ups doesn't deliver to po boxes in Hawaii. After chatting with various chatbots who didn't understand, I think I chatted with a humanoid chatbot. She said my address had been updated but when I asked for a verification email, I was sent the original order with the PO box!
