I like Lids but this one has Poor customer service, it was three workers in there and as I walked in no one said anything to me at all. I go get in line so I can see if they had the hat I was looking to exchange. I’m in line and it’s two in front of me one getting helped and the other waiting to. The other two workers were at the embroidery machine. Fellas, if you have a girl and she wants to do something nice for you and gift you a hat, I highly advise to not have her come here. We had a little situation happen around 12:50pm today (September 9th, 2025). My lady went into Lids to pick out a hat for me today because she wanted to treat me.
