If I could rate this building and company 0 stars I would. I've had cockroaches for well over one year - the company REFUSES to treat the building so the problem never gets better, just moves around. I did not have a working toilet for the past 13 months. I had to threaten head office with calling an emergency plumber one day and threaten to bill them... had someone out within the hour. I have not had hot water in about 3 months, and head office REFUSES to give the building a new hot water tank. Apparently the hot water tank... read more
