Absolutely appalling behavior by Lido staff. They broke into my apartment. They planned it while they knew I’d be gone and broke in. Thanks god I have cameras. They made absolutely no attempt to schedule or notify me of when they were going to be there. I thought someone was going to take my stuff! I was absolutely terrified, as my dog was also home alone. I’ve been renting at one of their units for over 5 years. The customer service has been absolutely awful from corporate. God forbid you have a leak or an infestation of cockroaches, Parita the manager and the corporate team do not care to assist and just sweep you under the rug. The most unprofessional thing I have ever seen and it constantly happens. Although, it is their responsibility to fix these problems they do not act; they ignore you and it constantly happens. Take your business elsewhere, I promise you.
We arrived to an open house they informed us about at one of their properties to find no one at the unit except painters who were actively painting. I don’t know what kind of company would have active painting during an open house. Completely wasted our time and if that’s how they manage properties they are trying to lease I can’t imagine their upkeep and management is any better.
Mona Lisa is the best! Down to earth, very sweet and most importantly super helpful! Made our move the easiest! Thank you Lido and Mona for helping me get my first apartment!!!!
