Stayed there for 2 leases from 2013-2015....DO NOT LIVE THERE!!! Mgmt probably has changed since I've been there....but they are VERY shady! Got a signed letter from the landlord stating i would only get charged for utilities after the walk through of the apt when i was leaving....only to find out almost FIVE years later (only because i was moving again) that they put a collection on my credit report for $1220...come to find out they claimed i broke my last lease....they conveniently altered my lease end date from june 30 to... read more
