I am disappointed by this office and Advocate. Their assistants are rude and callous. I came within 10 minutes late of my appointment and they canceled my appointment. I own up to my tardiness but I was also dropping a child off and explained it to the office. They didn’t care; they simply don’t care. To add insult to injury, they sent me a letter saying it was my first warning before I get dropped by the office. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lidiya Kupriyenko three weeks in advance, and on the day of my visit, I arrived just to be told by the receptionist that she’s not accepting new patients. What a disappointment! I waited three weeks for nothing. No message, no voicemail, no phone call to inform me beforehand — absolutely no communication. It’s incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to waste someone’s time like this. Unacceptable experience.
