I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lidiya Kupriyenko three weeks in advance, and on the day of my visit, I arrived just to be told by the receptionist that she’s not accepting new patients. What a disappointment! I waited three weeks for nothing. No message, no voicemail, no phone call to inform me beforehand — absolutely no communication. It’s incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to waste someone’s time like this. Unacceptable experience.
Dr. Kupriyenko is great! Always listens to my concerns. I’m very happy to have her as my primary doctor!
