Hands down - it was the best lasagna I've ever had.
Celebrated my birthday in Kansas City and a friend recommended Lidia's for BD dinner! Wow- absolutely fabulous! Beautiful corner table, great service, delicious food and fine wine! Couldn't have been more perfect!

This was a restaurant on my bucket list. My wife didn’t care to much for it. She had issues finding something that sounded good. I ordered the Osso Buco with risotto I would order it again tender but needed more flavor. The decor was nice. But loud I could hear all the other tables conversation but my own. Then as it cleared out they had music on too. But who knew? I might try it again but this time order pasta or something else.
I have only eaten here once. That was enough. The service was poor. The seating was so tight that we were getting bumped into by people going up to the brunch buffet. When the food did come, the sausage was raw on one meal and the chick gizzards were undercooked on the second. Also, when the orders were sent back then returned, they were burnt. Bad experiance. Never again.
Outstanding service. Amazing food. And beautiful facility.
We had an incredible work dinner for 20 people. They let order from a nice menu, gave us a private bar tender and the food and service was wonderful. Bravo.
