They never delivered my order. Of course they charge what I ordered. They never took a phone call, they never answered my emails.

I ordered flowers for my sister for a Friday delivery. On Monday when I went to my sister's and was very disappointed to see the condition of the arrangement. The whole bouquet save for one of the roses was old and either rusty and or wilty looking. Not worth what I paid at all.
