Wish I could give 0 stars. Kept me waiting in the exam room for 45 minutes today. No one in that whole office had the consideration about my time. I had to go over to nurses station to let MA ( who roomed me) know how long I have been waiting. If I hadn't God only knows how much longer I would have been waiting. When the doctor finally came to the exam room I had complained and she stated she was busy and said are we going to talk about time now. Doctor my time is precious too! Wants to see me in 6 months. Dr. Koulova was great during my several visits. Very attentive with my medical issues and appeared to be well-versed in her specialty of hematology. I do rave to others about her. Last time I was at her office in Goshen it was very busy there but she was taking care of everybody including me in a timely fashion... and it was late on a Friday I believe. I would definitely recommend her!
