I'm good at what I do n like most of the people I work with! Pay is good, benefits are good! Think we need some higher ups that actually know what there doing an has worked on the factory floor before. More family oriented would be nice! Are suggestions in the suggestion box being reviewed would be nice! It would be nice if the overnight shift had a little more respect, an could be listened to, instead of being ignored!
