Lidel is a great place to work. The owners and management treat their people very well and do their best to support you and help give you the best chance to succeed. All they ask is that you give your best effort and try to learn each day. The Field Supervisor treats everyone very well and is a very stand up guy who isn't afraid to jump rt in with the crew to get stuff done.
