Lidel is currently redoing the sewers in my neighborhood in Rapid City. They are doing an amazing job. They show up everyday no matter the weather, they're courteous of our needs as to travel on our street, they're clean as far as no garbage laying around. They just seem like they go above and beyond and that is super appreciated!!! That's why they dig deeper!!!!
Lidel is a great place to work. The owners and management treat their people very well and do their best to support you and help give you the best chance to succeed. All they ask is that you give your best effort and try to learn each day. The Field Supervisor treats everyone very well and is a very stand up guy who isn't afraid to jump rt in with the crew to get stuff done.
