Super easy process , initially I was thinking I would have to save around at least 15-20k but that wasn’t the case. I told Mr. Edwin what I could put down and I ended up getting that money returned at closing. The banks that he works with are easy to work with and are very responsive. Edwin kept his word, he told me that I may not need a lot of money down and there’s so many incentives that the builders offer I wouldn’t need any money for closing and he was spot on.
