A short message address to my physician. The front desk/medical staff who is assigned to schedule patients is so rude and mean. Why immediately cancel a patients appointment without informing them. There is no office etiquette and no respect to seniors like me. After my first appointment (there's no more second one though) in Feb 2020, I thought everything was done and left the office because the assistant, who was busy on her phone, didn’t give me any instructions. A few days later, I called the office to ask about the lab order. When I spoke to the front desk clerk, she was unfriendly and acted like it was my fault for leaving. After the first appointment, I was sent out believing that I was done, I left the office since I didn't receive any further instructions from the Assistant. Yet, I called the office to pick up for the lab order a few days after. The front desk clerk's unfriendly demeanor is not worthy at all. Dr. Licuanan is an excellent doctor. His office staff is friendly and sees to it you get your prescriptions, lab orders and future appointments.
