I am deeply disappointed in the care of my 17-year old daughter received at the urgent care facility in Pataskala. Because I work over an hour away, my daughter responsibly went to the urgent care under the supervision of my long-time boyfriend to address a medical issue. She went into the evaluation room alone, as most 17-years old teens do. Instead of receiving professional care, she was met with judgement. Horrible staff don’t care about you, came in for a problem and didn’t even check where I said the problem was
