We’ve been here several times since moving to pataskala, due to convenience. This is the worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. I was severely sick and they tested me for strep and the flu and both came back negative. I ended up admitting to the ER at another hospital, in which I tested positive for both flu and strep. I gave them another shot and had a visit for a severe cough. They supposedly sent me medicine to the local pharmacy and when I went to get it, they never called it in. I had a UTI on Christmas Eve and got there ten minutes before they were scheduled to close, and they welcomed me with open arms. Everyone i dealt with was warm and friendly, and I wasn't rushed at all, even though it was Christmas Eve, and I'm sure everyone there was eager to go home. Dr. West was even thoughtful enough to tell me the pharmacy where they normally call in my prescriptions would be closed shortly and they called it in to a pharmacy that would be open so I could get my medication.
