Walked into the exam room, LPN was sitting there with the meanest look on her face. It actually startled me. The doctor came in mumbling and I could not understand him at first. They took a chest X-ray and then back to the exam room. Staff was talking and laughing loudly. O employee twice said she was going to do cart wheels down the hallway. The doctor never came back in. Med. asst. came in, gave me a bunch of papers( my discharge summary) and never went over anything like meds prescribed, the results of the chest x ray etc... read more
WORST URGENT CARE EVER. BEWARE Paid $500 for this urgent care to do nothing. I had two large tonsil stones that were clearly visible the next day in the mirror, but the provider missed them completely and brushed off my concerns. Went to another hospital and fixed it myself. Zero thoroughness, zero value.
Don’t waste your time and energy with licking your memorial Urgent care. My daughter was having stomach pains. I know we didn’t get service because her insurance was in Texas she was with me for the summer break. I Couldn’t get a hold of her mom. To get the insurance the information. Was treated in a timely manner and the nurse and Dr. were very friendly, attentive and listened to all my questions and answered them . Was a very good experience would recommend to all.
