This has to be the worst urgent care I've ever seen. What a scam! We were charged over $500 for a 20 minute sick visit. Avoid at all costs, or it will cost you.
Felt worse after I left. Regret wasting my time here.
Staff were very rude.
Walked into the exam room, LPN was sitting there with the meanest look on her face. It actually startled me. The doctor came in mumbling and I could not understand him at first. They took a chest X-ray and then back to the exam room. Staff was talking and laughing loudly. O employee twice said she was going to do cart wheels down the hallway. The doctor never came back in. Med. asst. came in, gave me a bunch of papers( my discharge summary) and never went over anything like meds prescribed, the results of the chest x ray etc... read more
WORST URGENT CARE EVER. BEWARE Paid $500 for this urgent care to do nothing. I had two large tonsil stones that were clearly visible the next day in the mirror, but the provider missed them completely and brushed off my concerns. Went to another hospital and fixed it myself. Zero thoroughness, zero value.
