If I could give this place a zero I would , they do not have empathy at all for their patients , I went yesterday because I’ve had a cold for about two weeks now the tech that took my vitals was very rude and dismissive while taking them they got me in and out looked at my throat said it was “ red “ and told me to take allergy medicine! I’ve been coughing up so much stuff and told them this hopefully they will become better I will not be going back there !
Extremely disappointed! Rude staff! Waiting in the room not ONE of the individuals that walked in introduced themselves, including the doctor. They swabbed my son for COVID and strep. We waited for the results. Then some lady walked in, again didn’t introduce themselves, said “all is good, you can leave” Gave us paperwork and we left. I thought to myself this is WRONG!!!! I knew something was going on with my son. Therefore I called his pediatrician, which I should have done in the beginning. Thank goodness we could get in. ... read more
I would give no stars but can’t post with none? There was no Dr and they can’t deal with kidney infection even after this is what I said I had could of told me no let’s let ppl waist there money 230 a pay check 460 a month I pay 75 co pay take from the working class and can’t even treat what was the main issue ???? Nope this Dr was very judge mental and she knew my body better than me she should be fired!!!
Don't waste your time or co-pay!!!!!Very RUDE! Acted like I was waisting their time for them just setting their looking disgusted. Will never go back. Next time I will go ahead and go set for Hours at the ER! WHAT A FLIPPIN JOKE!!!🤬
