Most of the staff was polite and very helpful. I went in for a Scout Physical and when its was almost completed Mr Allen Thomas, PA-C came into the room and informed me that he will be refusing my treatment because of certain medical back ground of having Type 2 diabetes. Told me that he will be refunding my money for the visit but I had to leave because he was not my care provider. It's my favorite one to go to
Every time I go here I end up just having to go to my regular doctor to get something to take care of what was wrong with me so just save your time and wait and get an appointment with your regular doctor because these people have no idea what they’re doing.
Very happy with my experience here from the front desk to the Dr we saw. My toddler had an ear infection and was having issues taking her antibiotics, was nauseous and couldn’t keep anything down. They were able to quickly see her and call in zofran and a new antibiotic. Another positive, she was crying and upset in the exam room while we were waiting for our papers, so a kind nurse came in and told us we could go back out to the waiting room and she would bring everything out to us. I waited 30 minutes and nobody came to the room while the entire staff was hanging out in the lobby. All exam rooms were empty. I left without being seen. Very rude staff.
