I normally really love Licking Memorial medical services. I've been looking into getting a primary care provider but have no secured one yet. My doctor made me painfully aware that I was an idiot for not having one. He told me that I could not follow up at the urgent care if the prescription doesn't work for me or things get worse. It did get worse and I felt so dejected that my only option was to go to the ER. Bedside manner absolutely matters, even if you are a fast service. If I could give this place a zero I would , they do not have empathy at all for their patients , I went yesterday because I’ve had a cold for about two weeks now the tech that took my vitals was very rude and dismissive while taking them they got me in and out looked at my throat said it was “ red “ and told me to take allergy medicine! I’ve been coughing up so much stuff and told them this hopefully they will become better I will not be going back there !
