Dr Gittens is awesome, but waiting in the office for an hour and a half before being seen on a scheduled visit every 2 months is becoming un excusable

My son’s seen Dr. Rick since he was born. More times then not he doesn’t get to actually see his doctor and instead saw the NP Teressa. I have no problem with that though because she is outstanding! I was 17 when I had my son, and knew little to no knowledge on medical care. She always listened to me though and made sure you take my concerns seriously and I am so grateful for this.
