I scheduled an appointment specifically for an evaluation before an extraction. However, when I arrived, I was charged for a cleaning and the first visit without being informed in advance. After the cleaning, they told me there was nothing they could do because the tooth in question was permanent. If they had informed me of this limitation before scheduling the appointment, I wouldn’t have waited nearly a month or wasted my time and money ($100). The lack of clear communication was very disappointing.
From the moment you call to make an appointment, you feel a warm welcome. Dr Licette Espinal and her staff are absolutely amazing! Very clean and professional environment. Did not have to wait 2 hours to be seen and check in was a breeze. Allowed my children to have a wonderful experience for their first visit. Thoroughly explained everything and possible future dental procedures to expect. By far, the BEST pediatric dentist I've encountered in the Tampa area. Thank you

This office reminds me of the saying “it takes a village to raise a child”. Every employee makes you feel like family, and my review is off of one visit. Dr. Espinal is very friendly and warm. Everyone who spoke to my daughter called her “my baby”. We felt so welcomed and I am so happy I chose this office. You won’t regret your visit. I assure you. ❤️
