I had an amazing experience here. Frances helped me and I felt comfortable, safe, and valued during the appointment. I had been feeling vulnerable and kind of embarrassed and being met with care and genuineness from the technician meant a lot to me. I would definitely return as needed or if I ever have suspicions. The staff is very friendly and facility is clean. The atmosphere helps children relax while they are getting their hair treated.
