The girls that work in the different offices are very nice and pleasant.
The technicians at this location are wonderful, friendly and thorough. The management that runs the facilities is quite another. I have been a customer for years. Administration claims that the company switched systems approximately 6 months ago and my account ceased to exist. They claim that they cannot re-add my membership. Every time I call, they say it will be fixed very soon. I wonder if the owner of this business knows what is going on, how his business is being handled by either his administrative team or the company ... read more
