The most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. My wife took my 2 girls for their first treatment, waited outside for 10 minutes until someone showed up. 2/22-I returned for a check. A live bug was found in my daughters hair and the owner immediately asked me "where have your girls been this week." Great service and integrity. We thought we may have lice, but it was just dandruff. Melissa was professional and great to work with. We were grateful not to be infested or taken advantage of with unnecessary products. We do, however, love the shampoo! It smells great and helps with dandruff as well. If we ever think we have lice in the future, we will definitely call Lice Tamers! Thanks.
I was worried sick about my daughter with long curley hair getting lice recently. I went in to lice tamers and Melissa was so great! She assured me that if i followed all her directions and came in again to do the check ups (one and two weeks, covered in base price)we would be all cleaned up and good to go as quickly as possible.
