10/10. They are extremely kind, they take the time to talk and listen. There's a TV to watch during the process and it's completely discreet. The staff are (and I can't stress this enough) soo so kind. It's worth every dollar, I would've tipped if it wasn't so pricey for the support and treatment... truth be told, they're so nice, I think the service and compassion/satisfaction of the treatment is a big enough tip. If you or someone in your family gets head lice, don’t bother with Nix. Just go to Lice Squad. Marnie was absolutely fantastic during what was a really stressful time. My 8 year old daughter got head lice last fall, and we tried treating at home with Nix and combing out with the little blue plastic comb multiple times. After 3 failed Nix treatments and combing out her hair every day for 2 weeks, my daughter STILL had lice and also had passed it on to me. I am so happy with this place. Found out our daughter daughter caught lice at school same day they got us in within 15 minutes to treat her. Made her feel so comfortable she said the lady was super good. Got instructions sent home and she even text us to follow up and communicate with me knowing how scared I was over it. Very very great experience. Well worth the money. Highly recommended from a very scared mom ❤️
