We paid over $1200 after being promised one treatment would solve the lice problem. Only afterward did they tell us a second treatment was needed. Despite following all instructions, our kids still had lice, and the clinic blamed “reinfestation” even though they were home all summer. We started treatment on Aug 21 with the option you said was “guaranteed” to work in one visit. On Aug 24, after using your home product, we found 30+ live lice. Aug 27, still lice with wet combing. Aug 31, still lice and had to return for another treatment. Sept 2 (PA day), still lice. Sept 7, after a third treatment, kids were finally lice-free.
