I had very high hopes for Lice Ladies. The reviews were great, they use non-toxic treatments, and they claim a 30 day warranty for their services. Our first appointment was amazing, but our follow up appointment was another story. It was rushed, the atmosphere was unprofessional, and we were not given the instructions we were supposed to have, per stipulations of the warranty.
