Silvia was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and was eager to share information on how to prevent lice. She was also very kind and gentle throughout the whole treatment. If you have problems with bugs in your head, don't complicate things, call for an in-home visit and forget about lice. I will definitely recommend her to anyone needing this service. I just received the services of Silvia and her team, in which they really took care of my problems. In which my kids unfortunately had lice. They provided me an awesome service, they apply the appropriate products to help my needs. They also gave me additional instructions to follow and follow up with me 2 weeks after they provided me services to check to see in what was done work out me. I felt completely taken advantage of! After being with my sister and her children, who had lice, I started feeling itchy and panicked. I called Lice in Sight for help. Silvia and another woman came to my house and told me I had lice eggs (nits). I trusted them, they treated me, and charged me over $550. Luckily, I had saved what Silvia said were nits on a napkin. When you get lice your whole world closes in and there's just this EWWWWW!!!!! These wonderful women were great communicators and were at our house fast, diagnosing us with so much care, empathy and patience. No clinical feeling here—nice people who are grateful to be in your home, helping out your family. It meant everything to us not to have to go outside the house to take care of it. We just had our 2 week check in and are lice free! We obviously hope to never see them again. :-D There are SO many services to choose from ... read more
