The service was impeccable starting with a phone consultation that brought us calm and information to the hectic house, then to the confidence of scheduling a visit, to the professionalism and care taken to perform a thorough inspection and removal. We truly appreciate how helpful everyone with Lice Happens was for our family and how much they truly cared to answer all questions and make sure we felt at ease.
I will say that the people we spoke with were extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, it didn't work. They try and sell you on a lot of their products and then after they do the treatment you have to do 2 more weeks of basic treatment. We still found bugs 2-3 weeks later. This was expensive and in the end just didn't work. Found the heat treatment for lice to be much better.
