I called Emily in a panic after our first encounter with lice. She was incredibly helpful and tried her best to have someone come to our house that same day. Mariel showed up and was amazing. She got my 2 year old to sit still through the entire treatment and made sure we understood the follow up routine before leaving. I would highly recommend this team and the best part is they come to your house!
Did not use her service but had an wonderful, super informational call with Emily!! She is so knowledgeable and kind! I definitely recommend calling her if you have lice and need help removing!
Couldn’t recommend this team of experts enough! Emily responded right away and set up our at-home treatment with Linda that same day. Linda was calm, informative, and thorough - she put all of us at ease and educated us about the removal process and what next steps we needed to take. The weeks following I would send photos to Emily if I found anything suspicious and she would answer promptly. Very grateful for services like this and companies that truly care about their customers!
Lice happens came through when everyone was booked! They accommodated a late appointment for us and they were so kind. Dara was so helpful and sweet. A calming presence in a chaotic evening! Highly, highly recommend!!
Emily was a godsend in helping our family! I was devastated when I learned our toddler got lice and was so worried about the spread across our family (including a newborn). She arrived less than 12hrs after we called her and thoroughly treated us all. The best part of her service is the lice education!
