They answer that frantic call and arrive with knowledge and confidence! This is a wonderful company. Their methods are so practical and don’t involve extreme amounts of cleaning or drying every single thing, etc. They bring peace of mind and teach you about the whole life cycle of the louse. We have used them twice (two years apart) and each time we were treated promptly, respectfully, and learned how to handle a lice outbreak on our own. Amazing company! Spoke to Emily and she immediately helped me feel calm and that we could easily get the lice under control. Caroline came to do our treatment and she was wonderful. She explained everything we needed to know in detail, repeated herself multiple times, and quizzed us to ensure we taking it all in.
