Just so so so fantastic. The nurse who examined us was kind, compassionate, and great with my kids. I believe she was the owner. We didn't actually end up having lice, and they only charged us for head checks - even though we'd booked two treatment visits. Thinking you have lice is stressful, and these are just the people to help. Highly recommend!
We got that dreaded phone call from my step daughter’s school this morning that she had lice. My boyfriend’s mom recommended Lice and Easy as one of her friends had just went with her kiddo. Kelli was able to get us in the day we called and even stayed late to help out my step daughter and even checked me and my boyfriend for lice just to be safe. Never dealt with Lice before. But suddenly found our family in this troubling position. A friend recommended us to go straight to lice and easy and not mess with any other treatment- speaking from experience with various methods only to have Lice and Easy eradicate them once and for all for her family. Poorly educated, be CAUTIOUS. Honestly, the only reason this business gets 1 star is because Kelly got me in the same day I called. As for the other 4 stars, I went in knowing I had lice (had pulled an adult from my hair), she combed through my hair about 4 times and told me I didn’t have it and that the adult must have just gotten on me or it was a male. We were told by an unnamed salon that my daughter had lice and they could not cut her hair. I called Lice & Easy Lice Boutique immediately (in the parking lot of said salon). We made an appointment that same afternoon. After a head check at Lice & Easy, my daughter in fact did not have lice. The technician explained how it was not lice and what in fact was wrong with my daughters scalp and hair. She even recommended a product for her hair. I will not return to said salon.
