LCA and Monique are amazing. They made what would have been a stressful experience so easy for our family. After trying at-home treatments unsuccessfully, we came to LCA. Scheduling was super easy, and Monique was so kind, immediately put everyone at ease, and did an incredibly thorough job. I felt confident we were leaving lice free. So grateful to LCA for making this process painless - I wish we’d saved the time and money and headache of trying the at-home treatments and just come here first!! Highly recommend.
I am extremely thankful for Monique! She treated my daughter as if she was her own. She was extremely friendly provided reassurance and was comforting because this was extremely embarrassing for my daughter and I. Monique was informative as well taught me things i didn't know. Extremely satisfied i hope not to use this service again because i don’t want the bugs lol 😂 but if so we know where to go!
Never would wish lice on anyone but if you kiddos ever get it, you better go to LCA York County! Nicole answered my late evening call immediately and was so reassuring and got my family scheduled for first thing in the morning. Monique was so reassuring, thorough, and personable. Monique is simply the kindest most patient technician. She took care of my daughter and myself who have VERY thick hair. She looked and treated every inch of our head. We left lice free but being the crazy neurotic mom I am I was convinced I still had them. I went back for a recheck a week later and left with peace of mind. Thank you for amazing service Monique!!!!
We found lice on my son’s head Thursday at 6pm. After calling three places in Charlotte and not getting anywhere we tried LCA Rock Hill and were immediately put on schedule for the next morning with the possibility of that same night. The management at LCA kept us updated and advised. We decided to make an appointment at 11 AM Friday with Monique who was so kind and talented.
