We had an excellent experience with Monique! My two kids and I all needed lice treatments, and she was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. She explained each step clearly and kept us informed the whole time. What could have been stressful ended up feeling calm and manageable. From the appt set up to the instructions when we got home, everything was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Great customer service! While lice are certainly not pleasant, Monique was very professional and provided helpful guidance in addition to treating our hair. Very convenient in comparison to at-home treatment. Would definitely recommend.

We were able to be squeezed in almost first thing the morning that we called. Monique was great, the entertainment options included the main streaming services, there was a candy chest. She kept making sure we were fine with the next step in the process. Thanks to Monique and LCA my child’s hair can continue to pursue her goal of having hair longer than Rapunzel.

LCA and Monique are amazing. They made what would have been a stressful experience so easy for our family. After trying at-home treatments unsuccessfully, we came to LCA. Scheduling was super easy, and Monique was so kind, immediately put everyone at ease, and did an incredibly thorough job. I felt confident we were leaving lice free. So grateful to LCA for making this process painless - I wish we’d saved the time and money and headache of trying the at-home treatments and just come here first!! Highly recommend.
