This place is absolute trash. They overbook and can’t accommodate guests who arrive minutes late. The lady who works at the front desk has zero manners and no ability to communicate appropriately to customers. Zero percent recommend this company. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Had the most wonderful experience at this clinic. No one’s ever excited to experience Head Lice, but to be able to walk out of a head Lice Clinic feeling like you’ve had a great time and a great experience makes it so much better. I have used other local clinics in the past, but I’ve never felt the warmth and expertise are as strong as the experience I felt at this Clinic. AVOID THIS PLACE! They are CROOKS. To make an appointment they asked for a $25 deposit to be paid by a link they’ll text you which I did. After booking my appointment I called them back within 30 minutes to reschedule for the next day and Tara told me that I have to pay another $25 deposit and that my previous deposit will be lost which they never disclosed.
