I know for a fact I had head lice. Employee argued me down that I didn’t. She barely checked through my head and claimed I was clear. When I got home I saw lice AS I SUSPECTED. I feel as though she didn’t want to properly treat me because of race. I have been battling lice for a year and they did nothing to help.
Brittney did not clean my kids or my hair the right way and she was with holding the managers number till after the 30 days past and then gave it to me and now we have to pay and my kids are now reinfested with bugs because she wanted to be petty with the managers number and didn’t do her job the right want so if brittney does ur kids hair recheck when you get home to make sure all nits and bugs are clear
I had no idea what all lice treatment entailed. When we discovered my daughter had it, I ignorantly thought I'd just buy a box of OTC treatment and be done. I was wrong! We had a great experience with the newly opened Shreveport clinic and if I'm ever in this situation again, this is exactly how I will attack those pesky little bugs from day 1.
Excellent customer service!! My granddaughter and I are on vacation and Shanna accommodated us so much. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of last minute. The treatment works 100% and I highly recommend her and her business.
