Really professional and accommodating experience! We were juggling phones, direction, fighting through traffic with all the construction and with very little time to get there she gave landmarks and it was easy to find. The processing was simple and I was dealing with one crisis while trying to avert another so she understood and I was relieved when I picked her up. Lisa and Rebecca are so great. Full of knowledge and really calmed down the fact I felt horrible about how I felt about my kids getting lice.
