Maggie was excellent, very thorough, calm, and educational. The scheduling process prior to visiting could be improved. It is not clear if you want a screen vs need a treatment due to a known active case especially for multiple family members.
Quick and easy. I can feel confident leaving with my child knowing she isn’t contagious any longer!
I was exposed to head lice and had nobody to check my hair for me. I happened upon this particular clinic. I’m very happy it’s available and Maggie was amazing. She come through my hair and verified that I was all set. There were no signs of lice and explained their policies, etc. it is definitely Handy to know about this company.
Maggie was absolutely amazing!! Our service was quick & private. Felt like there were no stigmas while we were there. Walked out clean and confident. Would recommend above trying to go through the tedious, anxiety provoking experience at home alone. Honestly, someone needs to sue the false advertisements of products at stores. Its a continued vicious cycle, spreading head to head. More people need to use LCA to end the cycle, so there can be more lice free heads.
Linda and Liz were SO GREAT!!!! They both made us feel so welcome and did such a phenomenal job! The treatments were so quick and comfortable and we were smiling through the whole thing. Thank you!!! <3
