Both Ashley and Maggie were helpful and professional. The only challenge I had was that they are part of the service industry therefore they should be tipped. This should be reconsidered by the facility as the charge for a family of 3 was more than I was hoping to spend, but didn’t want to not tip since they provided wonderful service. This place was amazing and so helpful during a time that is everyone’s worst nightmare! They not only helped ease a stressful time and ensured everything was taken care of, Kylie took the time to educate us on the process and how to clean the house and next steps. She was amazing! Maggie was excellent and very professional.
Sorry if you are reading this, but lucky for you relief is close! Definitely give yourself the peace of mind by booking time at the clinic. It is discreet, clean, and great for kids. Our family visited here and Maggie took such good care of everyone. You pay by the service, not the hour, and she was nonetheless so patient and careful with everyone's situation. I highly recommend you schedule your family's holiday photo shoot--I mean lice eradication-- here!
