I brought my sister here for treatment & they were amazing!!! My sister was so embarrassed about having lice but the staff was so friendly & made my sister feel comfortable! I totally recommend using them!!
Although I am pleased with the products I bought, the customer service is lacking. I have left two messages to speak with someone in charge but still have not received a call back. It was also very unfortunate that I drove my daughter to a location over an hour away from our home and the tech never showed up. They’re products work, but you might as well treat yourself.
Horrible experience!!! My daughter is biracial and the woman didn't want to do my daughters hair. She made me brush and comb my daughters hair and part in 4. At 10:45 she told me we would not have enough time to do my daughters hair because she has another appointment at 12. She was very unhelpful. Very snooty and just tried to make us spend money other ways. Then had the nerve to ask for a tip when she didnt do anything. She said we could come back for a family deal. Miss Sharon is truly the best! I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is having trouble getting rid of the nits. She is gentle and thorough.
Never have I had lice but am super thankful to have found the center so quickly for my sister and I. Super helpful!! No more lice for either of us after one treatment. Definitely worth the money
