We got an appointment next day and Shondra was great. Super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. We did the signature treatment and got the whole family checked, it’s a relief knowing that the treatment is super effective after we didn’t have luck with the at home kids.

Shondra was phenomenal! She was kind, patient, and efficient. She explained everything to us and it was as pleasant of an experience as possible.
Total HOAX and waste of money. AND waste of time. We went with our daughter and she got the full hot air treatment and comb out. My husband and I also got checked and were told we were "clear." Fast forward three days, my daughter is caught with lice again at school and I have it too. This time, we went to LEGIT professional lice treaters who said that my daughter still had six weeks worth of lice in her hair, and that LCA had missed my lice at the appointment (they can tell by the number of nits and adults).
