All the employees were really friendly, and made sure to explain exactly what would happen. They made it easy for my kids to understand. They made them feel welcome. Make sure if you want the 30 day guarantee to have your WHOLE family come (if you have a split family that includes all of them as well). The lice is gone! They did a great job. And they even had a spray that made my hair smell good too.
