As many other reviewers have said Laurie is amazing. We messaged first thing on a Saturday morning with so many fears that all four of us had lice. We got an appointment for around noon and within 5 minutes of walking in knew we had found the absolute best person to talk to. Laurie is incredibly knowledgeable but also she is the exact kind of person you want to talk to in this situation. Laurie was absolutely amazing! Was able to get me in same day!! She was super helpful, informative, and patient!! Very very pleased with my visit and super appreciative and thankful she also educated me during the whole process!
