Walked in very nervous because this was our first time dealing with this. There wasn’t as much warmth or reassurance that I expected per the reviews. The floor was dirty, I saw bugs crawling around. The procedure itself was painful at times and felt like the heat was too strong. My scalp is still hurting from it, there is no way this could be better than chemical treatments. Was able to get a same day appointment. Great that they have a one and done option. Employees are thorough and friendly.
Vikki was incredible. She was kind throughout the whole process, and even helped me navigate the Care Credit process. I highly recommend!
Didn't work for my daughter. After I attempted many times at home, I decided to visit here but we found out she still has it. We were so surprised with all that pain doing treatment and cost.I will have to retreat her at home. Waste of time and money. These great reviews are not real.
