Keta was so patient and kind with the kids for their treatments. She was as equally patient and kind to me reassuring me all that I need to do to ensure these unwanted visitors never come back.

Walked in very nervous because this was our first time dealing with this. There wasn’t as much warmth or reassurance that I expected per the reviews. The floor was dirty, I saw bugs crawling around. The procedure itself was painful at times and felt like the heat was too strong. My scalp is still hurting from it, there is no way this could be better than chemical treatments.
