We used a treatment at home & still itched. So we went the next day at 5pm bc I didn’t wanna deal with this for weeks. Evelyn was the tech and was very sweet and gentle. My 8 year old has very curly hair so I thought she’d complain, but it was the opposite, by the time the heat treatment came out she was falling asleep in the chair. Evelyn was amazing and gentle and made us so comfortable
I was exposed to lice and went to get my head, checked at lice clinics of America in Arlington, Texas. They cleared me and said that I was good. In two weeks, I went back because I was nervous that I may have. Even though I ended up not having lice, they ease my worries and gave me a precautionary treatment just to be sure. Amazing customer service and so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend!
