We called this morning for an appointment. We were confirmed for 1pm today. I received a confirmation email and was told I’d be charged for late arrivals or no show. We arrived to the building on time. It was completely locked. I called and got a code to enter the building. But no one was in the suite where we were told to arrive. I called again. Do not take your kids here. I called this morning, made them aware my daughter has biracial hair, thick and curly. Upon arrival I was told I should have straighten but that was not mentioned on scheduling. She tells me she can probably do the bottom half (which what would that do if her whole head is infected) in the 30 mins. She takes my daughter back and the next thing I know I look back and my daughter is in tears. I see the lady roughly combing through with the tiny lice comb.
