I am so greatful for the Great job Amy and Her assistant did! My 6 year old was really upset after getting headlice at school and we were so happy we could get schedule the same day and they were great and made her feel comfortable and were able to kill off the lice! They will be definitely be our go to Incase this ever happened again! I 100% recommend and they are so friendly and answered all my questions !
My wife took one of the kiddos here to get treated after finding a few head lice. My wife had nothing but excellent things to say about the facility and the two amazing ladies who did their work on our child. If you find yourself or one of your family members in this situation, don't waste your time trying at home treatments, just set an appointment here and get the problem solved quickly. A++
Lice Of Metro East was by far the five star treatment. I got in touch with Amy right away every time I reached out she was very responsive and very professional. She went above and beyond to help my family feel comfortable and get back to normal. We ended up getting full treatment plus head checks and it worked 100%. I would recommend anyone for treatment and even just getting piece of mind with a head check for very reasonable cost! She also had a lot of products on hand to sell making the stressful situation easier.
I would absolutely recommend Amy and Lice Clinic Metro East! Not only was the scheduling easy but Amy was also so friendly, professional and flexible. She took her time to explain the process to my kids and I and I left the appointment knowing I made the right decision to book the appointment.
They got us in on a Saturday morning when another, more local place would not make time for us until Monday. They were so kind and thorough. We felt as a family of 6, completely cared for. I hope we never need their services again, but if we do, we’ll make the extra long drive to them!
